The Muskego Have amassed a total of 3 conference titles since the formation of the team in 2003. Sitting a top its conference in 2003, 2004, and now 2007 including 2 undefeated season in the IFL. The Hitmen have a tradition of excellence and winning in the league.

The IFL has no divisions with in the conferences, which means that all of the teams are fighting for a right to be crowned king of the respective conference. This greatly adds to the level of competition and difficulty to obtain the title. However, the Hitmen have risen to the challenge year after year and look to continue doing so.
