Former Packer Attends Season OpenerGary Ellerson Joins The 2009 Ifl Kickoff
The Ironman Football League has joined forces with Green Bay Packer Hall-of-famer, LeRoy Butler in the upcoming season. The IFL will be donating a dollar from each ticket sold at selected games throughout the season, in an effort to support breast cancer awareness and raise funds to aid the LeRoy Butler Foundation.
Butler, along with several other ex-Packer greats, will play an active role throughout the IFL season by autographing memorabilia for fans at selected IFL games, for $10 dollars per item. There will also be signed Packer souvenirs available for fans to purchase at designated IFL games through the 2009 season. Proceeds from the autographed memorabilia will go toward the Butler’s foundation.
As part of the; IFL Kickoff 2009 Campaign, one of the first Packer autograph appearances will be during the Hitmen’s season opener (vs. Fond Du Lac Crusaders), May 30th , 7pm, at Muskego High School’s Inpro Stadium. Former Packer, Badger, and WSSP Radio personality, Gary Ellerson will be on hand to sign autographs at this game. Other autograph appearances will take place throughout the season.
